Conciliation, compensation and benefits

The consolidation of teleworking and schedule flexibility as the main organisational model has been the company's main lever for effectively reconciling family and personal life. This is therefore one of the great benefits of working at NTT DATA EMEAL and is evident in our constant dialogue with employees.

The recovery from the health crisis made it possible to open a new stage marked by teleworking and the reopening of offices, a new hybrid working model called ‘Be Flex’ based on flexibility and
adaptability to maintain the well-being of the people who work at NTT DATA EMEAL at the centre of decision-making.
